A one day
Project Orientation training for Community Health Worker(CAHW) under Mamit
District was organized by District Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Office, on
25th July 2019 at Chhim Veng
YMA Hall, Mamit . Shri Jakob Lalawmpuia Addl. Deputy Commissioner Mamit graced
the inaugural function as Chief Guest.
The Inaugural
function was chaired by Dr. Lalmakzuala District AH& Veterinary Officer,
Mamit. A total of 52 CAHWs attended the orientation training of which 5 CAHWs
were female. Ms.R Vanlalruati, Manager Gender & Community Institution
conducted the training as resource person. She was supported by Ms.
Laltluangkimi, Manager, Knowledge Management and Dr.C. Lalawmpuia Technical
Officer (AH & Vety), Project Management Unit (PMU) Office
After getting
prior consent from each person all candidates were engaged as Community Animal
Health worker (CAHW) to work under Focus Project.
The meeting
ended with a vote of thank proposed by Dr.P.C Lalrokima, Circle Veterinary
Officer, Serchhip
