Request for Expression of Interests (REOI)

The Chief Executive Officer, Society for Climate Resilient Agriculture in Mizoram (SCRAM) intends to hire a Consultancy Service for undertaking “Value Chain Study” in all districts of Mizoram.

The eligibility criteria and Terms of Reference of the REOI can be obtained through the attachment enclosed.

The willing and interested Consultancy Firms/Institutions are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) using the prescribe format in Form EIO I, II & III by 25th July 2024: 3:00 PM through a hard copy in sealed envelope to the address indicated in instructions to consultants. The selection will be based on Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS) method and only the highest ranked firm/shortlisted Consultant will be requested for Request for Proposal (RFP).
