Request for Proposals (RFP)

Society for Climate Resilient Agriculture in Mizoram (SCRAM) intends to engage a qualified Consultancy Firms/ Society/NGOs for conducting “Impact Studies on various intervention under Soil and Water Conservation” activities undertaken under by FOCUS-Mizoram Project. This invitation is open for all interested eligible firms.

The assignment covers six districts under the project and the eligibility criteria and Terms of Reference of the RFP can be obtained through the attachment.

The willing and interested Consultancy Firms/ Society/NGOs are requested to submit their proposals 28th December, 2023: 2:00 PM through a hard copy to the address specified in the RFP documents. Selection shall be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) method as per IFAD procurement handbook.
