The Chief Executive Officer, SCRAM intends to recruit qualified personnel purely on Contract Basis for a period of 6 (Six) months (which can be extended on the basis of performance) under FOCUS, Mizoram as indicated below:

 Required Qualification           : 1. Bachelor degree in Agriculture (B.Sc.-Agri) and above in agriculture.

 2. At least 2 years of experience in the position of Deputy Director and above under IFAD Projects. 

3. Skilled in the use of a range of monitoring tools to improve the strategies for achieving outcomes and for improving performance – experience in outcome monitoring or willingness to learn methodologies.

4. Skilled in training and participatory learning methodologies, preferably with small holder farmer and farmers communities.

5. Experiences not less than 3 years working with climate change with related progress, Agriculture development works, Civil Society organizations, private sectors or community groups, and local government institutions in Mizoram.

6. Knowledge of English and local (Mizo) (speaking and writing)

7. Computer literate in Microsoft Office package.

Remuneration                          : Rs. 100000 + Rs 50000 (Operational expenses)
